I get below error testing the ITOM with serviceNOW:
ServiceNow integration test failed Reason: Non successful HTTP response.
HTTP Response Code: 400 - Bad Request
HTTP Response Body: {"error":{"detail":null,"message":"Requested URI does not represent any resource: /global/em/jsonv2"},"status":"failure"}
Any ideas?

Hi Wolfgang,
One extra question, (always a discussion), I see I can configure mutiple environments for Dynatrace in ServiceNOW,
Does this mean:
Multiple environments are possible for Incidents and Events,
ServiceNOW import CI's from multiple environments CMDB wise,
KR Henk
Both is possible. If you get too many CIs syncing with multiple DT environments you can also use tag filters within the environments table to only sync tagges CIs from each environment.

Hi Wolfgang,
Thx for your very fast response, just to make sure I understand. The Dynatrace plugin is installed on the ServiceNOW instance. I thought this was needed to create the "em" table. This has been done, so I also have to install the ITOM module, installing the plugin is to enough?
KR Henk
Yes for enabling ITOM toggle on the Dynatrace side you need the ITOM module installed on the ServiceNow side.
