Can we fetch Dynatrace health notifications (sent by Mission Control ) via REST API also?

Hi,

I need to fetch all the events/notifications locally to our Alerts console using REST API.

can we fetch all those notifications that Mission control sends to our email?

Mission Control sends only updates and license related notifications. What kind of events are you interested in ?

Hello @Radoslaw S. , MC is supposed to send us notifications for below issues with our infrastructure apart from updates & licenses :

• Process crash (ES/Cass/SG/Server); watchdog restart not
  working/not possible


• Node down


• Network issues, between nodes


• Network issues to Mission Control


• Disk space issues


• Cluster upgrade issue, not reconnected to Mission
  Control


• Cluster issues: exception in logs of server, ES,
  Cassandra


• Insufficient Hardware

IN addition to email alerts , we want to fetch these via REST API so that we can send these events to our event management console & SNOW

MC will not send you anything. Managed cluster sends this information to Dynatrace Mission Control only. I think server also sends this information via email for cluster administrators or to predefined addresses (in CMC - Settings -> Email -> Email notifications). So preferred way is probably to fetch those emails and create events in your event management tool.
