We have integrated One Agent with ITSM tool (Snow) for Alerts. Is there any way to auto close the Incidents through One Agent?

Does Snow mean ServiceNow or some other ITSM tool that you integrated via a Custom Webhook?

Yes Franz we have integrated with ServiceNow and now we are checking on the auto close of the incidents through One Agent- is there any way that we can do this?
