Process running on a windows machcine is not detected by Dynatrace

We have application deployed on windows server. Looking at task manager, I could see the application processes running but same processes dynatrace is not detecting. There is SMTP service running and I could see the process for that as well but same is not detected by dynatrace.

What could be reason for not detecting all processes.

Processes are detected by Dynatrace based on conditions mentioned in the below link

Is your processs meeting any of the criteria listed in above link?

My process belongs to c++ technology. Others processes from the same application detected under type others. so I was wondering why it was not detected. However , I added it manually by process detection rule.
