I'm setting up "ServiceNow Action Plugin v1.0.7" on our dynatrace appmon v7.2 system to send alerts directly to ServiceNow system. I did configure the required values, but when the system tries to send the alert to ServiceNow then the plugin is throwing the message below to the logs. Does anybody have any idea why the plugin is not working?
