Mark Non-Database Tier's Request as Key Request is quite simple and I manage to figure it out.
How about Database Tier's Request? I don't find any way to a database query to be key transaction.

There is the same "Mark as key request" menu entry (in the three dots menu) if you have selected a particular request.
Okay, got it now.
Must be just now my brain short-circuit and overlooked it ==', or it was suddenly got a glitch in my Managed's UI......
