Enable DT_LOGSTREAM in IBM CF not working

Hello All,

We are helping a number of teams to instrument their application in IBM Cloud (Bluemix), We have been recommending the teams to use the env. variable:

DT_LOGSTREAM

but after setting up a large number of services we are unable to find the logs under "log analytics", is there another step we are missing?

Doc: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-...

Thanks in advance,

Erick Z. Brambila

Hi @Erick B., with DT_LOGSTREAM you can you can configure the default OneAgent log stream for applications deployed in your IBM Cloud Foundry environment. By default, OneAgent logs are written to the Cloud Foundry standard error stream and with DT_LOGSTREAM you can change that to stdout. This environment variable is not related to log analytics.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Daniela
