Any body done the upgrade, is there any considerations we need to take care before upgrading?

Are you upgrading from DC RUM 2017 to NAM 2018? If so, carefully go through the steps in the URL below.

What exactly are you looking for? The documentation linked in my previous post should be sufficient. I do recommend to go through the Backup and recovery procedures section. This ensures that all data remains available for recovery in the unlikely case an incident happens during upgrade.

Also, you will have to take care of the authentication process as users will need access to the console server for the login.
You can go through with the documentation and if you find any difficulties, don't hesitate to share with the community for further assistance before starting the activity.

Hi Siavash,
We have upgraded DCRUM 2017 to NAM 2018 in UAT. But from enterprise synthetic console we are not able to publish the configuration successfully, Its getting status as failed.
IN UAT we have 2 server One server we have installed Dynatrace sever & Dynatrace server APM Database Server and Agent in other server..
Kindly help me.
