Can smartscape identify monitoring candidates on a hypervisor if there are no deployed agents?

I'm trying to find out how effective smartscape monitoring candidates identification mechanism on a hypervisor if there are no deployed agents. The use case I'm working on is to discover all components of a system by deploying few agents. I know smartscape can identify monitoring candidates on the hypervisor where agents are deployed. My questions is; can smartscape do the same on another downstream hypervisor system where there's no deployed agent?

In general, monitoring candidates are all systems that are called by Requests to unmonitored hosts service. There you have list of all endpoints that may be interesting for you. SmartScape can show you only those hosts that are monitored. As candidates considered are only those that are requested by monitoried systems. I don't see any other way.
