What permissions are required to view Ignored JavaScript errors?

What permissions are required to view Ignored JavaScript errors? I have a user who has the following permissions but when user clicks on Ignore JS errors, he gets permission error:

Change monitoring settings
View logs
View sensitive request data

Do I need to grant him Configure capture of sensitive data? if so, what would be best way to assign this permission on the application level and NOT on the environment level.

You should create Management Zone that will contains for example only this application. In such case you will be able to add wider permissions only to this resource.
