Hi,

We want bifurcation of All frustrated users(i.e. Count of users frustrated due to Server side/Network Side/Frontend Side) for past day From OneAgent.

It should be possible via USQL:

SELECT count(DISTINCT usersession.userSessionId), name FROM usererror WHERE usersession.userExperienceScore = "FRUSTRATED" GROUP BY name

It's only example but you can write different type of queries here to determine numbers you need.

Hi Sebastian K,

Thanks for update. We tried multiple Queries but we are unable to find individual count of users frustrated due to Server side/Network Side/Frontend Side. If you have any query regrading this kindly share with us.

this may not be possible, because frustration is calculated by action duration and errors, not by root cause of those problems. I don’t think it is possible to get anything closer here
