What is that 'other' time in Dynatrace

Hi, I need to understand what is that "other" time in Dynatrace. I have looked into various posts related to it but didn't get proper understanding. One of the post says it's the Network I/O time but I have seen cases where Network I/O is mentioned along with other time. I am attaching 2 screenshots where I can see most of the time is being spent on other but I don't know what that other is.

Can some one help?

Take a look at this article: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/purepath-analysis#purepath-analysis-of-a-single-web...

If you read right below the picture, it refers to that time in the example as being spent "someplace else", which may be out of the scope of monitoring.

@Chad T. How is that possible? It has to be something otherwise what's the use of this big tool Dynatrace if it can't monitor it? How would we identify what could be wrong here

It could be something that the Dynatrace Oneagent does not have access to. Thus lumping it in as other. I would recommend opening a support ticket. Also is your environment managed or SaaS?

Did you checked Method hotspots for purepaths like that? What can you see on PurePath itself? There has to be answer for this problem.
