Method Hotspots of PHP Supported?

serhat_balik
Helper

We can usually find method hotspots in Java and .NET applications, but one of our customers has a PHP application that uses IIS as a web server. For some reason, we can't see that data when we analyze their requests' method hotspots.

They have PHP 7.3.1 and IIS version 10.0.14

Do you have any suggestions about possible incompatibilities or Dynatrace just doesn't support PHP in that regard?

Here is a link to the supported technologies: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-support/supported-technologies-and-versions/

I know Dynatrace is redoing their Method Hotspots and I wouldn't be surprised if they announce it at perform 2021. Sign up for Perform if you haven't already, its free this year since its a virtual event
