Hi,
Can you please provide your inputs regarding the licence validity...
Also, can you suggest, about how can we view the details for the frotend browser, like resource size, contents downlod ? I have JBOSS application and don't have any separate Webserver like Tomcat ?
For overall resource utilization for server, Do we need to add Charts for viewing the average data like %CPU Utilization & %Memory utilized over the time. or there is other option for doing the same.

Thanks Team,
Nalin Agrawal was able to help me to resolve the issue through webex, it was something related to addition of port number in one of the conf files.
We are now able to view the monitoring data.
Had a query regarding validity of license, the license was issued on 13th May, but we got everything running today only.
Considering 15 day trial period, is it possible to extend license validity till 6th June ?

Hi Team,
I tried various option, like changing the path for dtagent, but still facing the same issue.
Can you please suggest.
Feel free to call me on my contact number.

Can you tell us which JVM version you run? What is the AppServer? Also - what version of Windows do you run?
Also - double check that the process that runs your JVM has access to the dtagent.dll path.
I will see if we have somebody local to you that can otherwise give you a call.

HI Christian, Richard,
I tried both the options of with quotes and without quotes, also using path for lib & lib64.
But the error persists. (There is syntatical error thrown when path is provided without quotes.)
There are no traling spaces for the file name or the path.

HI Christian,
Thanks for the reply.
I verified the path following both the path are valid for dtagent.dll:
1) C:\Program Files\dynaTrace\dynaTrace 5.6.0\agent\lib64\
2) C:\Program Files\dynaTrace\dynaTrace 5.6.0\agent\lib\
I tried both of them, but its still giving same error.
did you specify the path with quotes? if yes, please try it without. if no, please try it with.
and: you use "-agentpath", right? not "-javaagent" or something like this.

Hi
Adding to my above issues, i have observed that when relevant changes is made for Jboss standalone.conf file with dtagent dll, Error is received while launching application : "Could not find agent library in absolute path: C:\Program Files\dynaTrace\dynaTrace 5.6.0\agent\lib64\dtagent.dll "
I verified the file manually and it is available at the required location.
maybe you have a 32-bit JVM?
then the correct path would be "...\dynaTrace 5.6.0\agent\lib\dtagent.dll".
