When I tried to import the license via online, (Tried to connect to a remote server located in the production environment) I was not able to activate the license. The License row seems to be hidden. Please have a look at the screenshot. Kindly provide some help regarding this issue as I am loosing days in my trial license.

Hi.
When you setup dynaTrace on Apache and Tomcat you will see your Visit-based information in the User Experience Dashlets such as the Visits or User Action Dashlets.
The Browser Diagnostics details (full JavaScript, Rendering, Network) is provided by our Browser Agent (which is a native plugin for Internet Explorer and Firefox). for more information on that please have a look at Browser Diagnostics

When I tried downloading the browser agent, I am getting "Error while downloading the agent file, maybe the query parameters have been modified?" message.
Do you have an alternate link for downloading the dynatrace agent for the browser?

You should not need to download the browser agent. If you have downloaded the windows installer (remember - browser agents are only supported for IE and FF on Windows) then you can just go to your "Add/Remove Programs" feature in Windows and click on "Modify" the installation. There you can then select the Browser Agent

The screenshot you posted shows that this license has already been activated - from what I can see that has happened on June 19th. Is this maybe the 2nd time you install the dynaTrace server somewhere (meaning you already have the license activated on the first install)?

As you have said, I have installed the server and client on my local machine. But I have also installed a Dynatrace Server on my Data Center and want to capture the details from my local machine Dynatrace Client. But unfortunately the license got activated on my local system's Dynatrace Server. Can you please help me in this regard so that I can use the license on the Dynatrace server installed on my Datacenter.

Do you still have the server installed on your local machine? If yes, connect to it with the dynaTrace client and deactivate the license key there - then you can activate it on the server. You can do this from Settings - dynaTrace Server - License.

Unfortunately I have uninstalled the dynatrace server inorder to free up the license. Indeed that was a bad move
Can you help in deactivating the license so that I can reuse the same license in the server.
I canceled your trial and sent you a new request so you get another license key to use...

Everything is working as expected - I am able to setup Tomcat Agent and Webserver Agent and I am able to see all the statistics. But I am not able to see browser level statistics and also the browser timeline. Can you please tell me how to enable the client side performance?
