Hi Everyone,
I just received word from a prospect who downloaded the Free Trial that he has not received any email containing a trial key. I was told to come here to try and figure out what went wrong.
His name is Ayyanar Marimuthu and he works with Joint Collaboration. Is anyone able to look into this for me?

We noticed that some of our emails end up in the spam folder. Can you he look there? If nothing can be found I will send him his credentials via email. In that case - please send me an email with his email address as we dont want to share this here in public

Thanks for the reply Andreas. After sending out an initial email to him stating the process of getting started he replied saying he has not received an email from Compuware about the free trial.

Hi Bradley
Once they have accepted the invite they have a user account (username + password). When they install dynaTrace and launch the client the first time they are prompted for the license. there they can simply enter their username & pwd to signup to eServices which will show them their evaluation license
