I'm with Kristof. Try and redownload. If possible try it from another machine.
A while ago we had an issue where our internal proxy and virus scan was actually pulling apart any compressed data (MSI,ZIP, JAR, etc.) and repacking them. Our specific issue was with the dynaTrace *NIX agents and not the windows setup files.

Have you tried redownloading the installer? It might have gotten corrupted during transfer.
