I just installed dynaTrace and Easy Travel for training purposes. All seems OK, I can launch Easy Travel Config UI and start the Standard session. All tiers are operating. But under Credit Card Auth, Business Backend and Customer Frontend there is a little error icon. When I mouse over that icon it says "Agent not available." How do I fix this?

Did you install the easyTravel system profile into the Dynatrace Server? There's a clickable link above and to the left of what you show in your screenshot
What do you see in the Dynatrace client? Could you show us the Agents Overview as well as the "home page" that includes the Transaction Flow? (For the home page, make sure that the pull-down in the upper left is set to easyTravel.)

Yes I installed the profile. In the DT client I noticed an alert icon in the lower right, and this is what it said:

The agents overview says "agent did not match system profile, skipped by license check." I wonder if this is because I chose Cassini instead of IIS when originally installing Easy Travel?
