Hello Klaus,
Aplogies for earlier response deletion as my answer to is NO
We dont have Web server configured with agents.
But my dtServer and collector is installed on UNIX machine and agents are installed on Windows machine.
And I dont see any Web server agent as any Windows services where I have installed agents on my application.

Harshal,
from you user ID I see you are a PTC employee. I guess you are using the PTC OEM license (which has no UEM capability) and also no Webserver agents capability enabled.
Also it looks like this thread got out of context fromt he OP.
Reinhard
Hello Reinhard,
Yes I belongs to PTC and infact we met on one of the meeting. Probably I was silent listener during that time hence we didnt had a talk.
As per my latest reply;
We dont have web server configuration with agents. But still question remains the same.
I dont know how to get rid of this license issue. Can you please help ?
~Harshal
Harshal,
from the thread I'm not quite sure what the issue is, sorry. If it states license ok; no uem volume available, this seems to be perfectly fine
Can you maybe post a screenshot of your agent overview dashlet and one of your servers license screen?
Reinhard
Hello Reinhard,
Attached are the request screen shots.ServerLicense.png AgentOverviewDashlet.png
Let me know if you need more information
Thanks
~Harshal
Harshal, that's perfectly fine, no problems to worry about.
Reinhard
Will it be visible to all customers ? And whats the root cause of this problem?

Hi Harshal,
If I got you correct the scenario you describe should not be possible. So let's double check:
Your dynaTrace Server Settings - License shows Web Server agents and Page Action Solume below 100% similar to the screen below?
And your Agent Overview Dashboard shows instate of "license ok" "no uem volume available"
Cheers Klaus

Hi,
Are you using a Web Server?
If yes...
Do you have a UEM license? If you take a look at the license overview within the dynaTrace Server settings you should then find at the list item Volume with an amount of Page Actions that you can use. Please also check that the Volume is not expired and not 100% are used.
If no...
The windows installer automatically installs the Web Server agent as a Windows service. If you do not need it just remove it and it should not appear in the Status Overview any more.
