Is there a way to turn on a filter that hides/makes invisible those methods that don't meet a certain threshold (i.e. if <10msec, don't display in the dashboards)? We trying to make our dashboards (methods, APIs, Purepaths) more focused by eliminating noise that doesn't contribute to the dashboard/report.

James. I assume you talk about the Methods Dashlet that shows the Instrumented Methods - correct? Have you migrated to dynaTrace 4 yet? dynaTrace 4 comes with Auto-Sensors which eliminate the need for custom sensors that typically picked up a "lot of noise" as you say. With dynaTrace 4 you have a new dashlet called "Methods Hotspot" showing you exactly those methods that really have a performance impact but hide the noise.
If you want to stick with the Methods Dashlet you can use the "Top X" Filter Option. Most of the Dashlets allow you to filter on Top X, e.g: Top 100 on Execution Time. It is not exactly what you are asking for - but - it definitely allows you to filter out the noise
hope this helps
