Hi,

I found out how to do it.

In order to remove the current license installed on your server you have to remove these files:

...\dynaTrace 4.1.0\server\conf\dtactivation.txt

...\dynaTrace 4.1.0\server\conf\dtlicense.key

...\dynaTrace 4.1.0\server\conf\dtlicense_tmp.key

then you can start your server properly and load a new activation key with dtClient$

Cheers

Hi Stephan,

can you please be a little bit more clear about how to change the license? I received a new license but how can I change it as I can't start my server?

Thank you for your help

Hi there - I'm having exactly the same problem.  What was involved to fix the issue?

Thanks, Simon

As we are not sure if it is the problem that you may run into you have to open a support ticket and attach the support archive.
Thanks
