What is the DiagnosticsAgent that is an option for a silent agent install?
DiagnosticsAgent,DotNetAgent,DotNetAgent20,FFAgent,IEAgent,IIS6Agent,IIS7Agent,IISAgents,JavaAgent,WebServerAgent (All agents)
I'm trying to create a silent installer for an agent that is a .NET think client that uses WCF services.
Based on the Custom Setup options in the 4.1.0 installer, I've made these assumptions:
What is the DiagnosticsAgent and WebServerAgent?
Where is the option for WebSphere MB?

Hi
The windows installer package defines parent/child features. In our case the DiagnosticsAgent is our Native Agent and therefore the parent feature for our individual agents such as DotNetAgent, JavaAgent, WebServerAgent, ...
In order for you to install the .NET Agent you need to install DiagnosticsAgent,DotNetAgent,DotNetAgent20
The WebServerAgent is the agent we use for our User Experience Management. It is the agent that handles IIS and Apache.
For WebSphere the installer option is "WSMB". This was missing in the documentation - I just updated the doc on unattended installation: Unattended (Silent) Installation
Does this help?
