Hello,
I seem to be stuck at the beginning of getting the javascript agent working. I've found the following documentation:
User Experience Management Administration
I thought the UEM admin document would be my guide but I'm still stumped. The first troubleshooting step is to verify the license. I have two DT servers up (one prod, one test). Neither shows any volume details:
Does this indicate that my license does not support the javascript agent?
If this is simply a quirk of the license dialog, the following steps seem fine:
1. My agent is connected (shown in the agent dashlet) and sending back data (purepaths are displayed).
2. Sensors are enabled:
3. UEM is enabled, though I have to admit I have no idea what agent location or monitor request path should be:
4. This is a .net application. I've checked the windows event log of the web server (filtering for dynatrace sources) for the messages from the UEM troubleshooting guide. I see none. Should they be there or under a source other than DT? I also checked the IIS log for that app with no luck:
So, at this point... I don't see the dtagentXXX.js script injected and I figure I should ask somebody for help!
Thanks

oops. I said "the windows event log of the dynatrace server (filtering for dynatrace sources)" when I meant "the windows event log of the web server (filtering for dynatrace sources).
Also, the documentation URLs are mangled when I post...
