I have a dashboard that consists of 6 chart dashlets. It works great on our staging server, but I'm only seeing the "no measurements available" message on the same dashboard in production. We copied sensors and measures over from staging to prod, and for the dashboard, I just did a 'save as'. I made sure to update the data source and agent filter accordingly.
Adjusting the timeframe doesn't seem to make a difference; I get "no measurements available" whether the timeframe is 30m or 30d. We bounced our production app containers 2 days ago because we initially thought that was the problem, but apparently it wasn't.

Everything else appears to be working OK. Is there any way that this could be a permissions problem?
With my question on "do you get other measures" I wanted you to create a new Chart and add some of the "out of the box measures" to the chart to verify if these are there.
If this problem persists - please open a support ticket. When doing so you will send in your Support Archive that contains your client, server, ... log files. This will help our support engineers to pinpoint the problem

The measures look OK to me. I deleted both of them and re-added, but the result is the same.
Is your Performance Warehouse connected correctly? Do you get any other measures from this System Profile such as PurePath Duration, DB Count, ...?
If you cant resolve that problem I suggest to contact our support team - they can have a closer look at your installation

Two additional things to check
a) toggle your chart into table view and see whether the measures you put on that chart have a red X in front of it. this would mean they cant be found on the current data source
b) try to add one of these measures again using the "Add Series" option. If these work double check if there might be a difference in measure names

Make sure you dont have Dashlet specific filter. It often happens that you put charts on a dashboard that then have a dashlet specific data source. Right click on the header of your dashlet -> Dashlet Properties -> and check your source settings
