I have a client whose system profilem that contains only dotNet agentsm, that is grayed out, however, dashlets such as purepath and database seem to work just fine (see attchment 1).
However, when I bring up Start Center pointing to that server/system profile, Only the "Administrtation" and "Get Started" tabs are available to me (attachme 2). Any ideas and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Hi
A greyed out System Profile usually means that the System Profile is disabled. A Sys Profile can be enabled/disabled through the Context Menu on the System Profile in the dynaTrace Client or through the REST Interface.
So - if is greyed out it may have just accidently been disabled.
