We are current on Dynatrace 4.1.0.2974 and I was working on issue with not getting the purepath data for one of our Java Agents. I create a new System Profile as suggested and the Ops Team to restart only 1 of 3 tomcat servers to see if that would fix the issue. We started getting data for that one server, but I notice they were all failures. I told the Ops team, but none of the other servers seem to be having that problem, but he did notice that the log file was gone. Then we start getting Sev 1 issues on all 3 servers and it pointed to "java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: dtIntrospection". Once they reomve Dynatrace from the start-up parameters it work fine. I just wanted to find out the cause and how would just changing System Profile in the Client affect the application. Because until we figure the cause, we can't activate Dynatrace again on those servers.

Hi Mark,
Issues like this are best address via the support portal so you can get an answer quickly.
I have seen this problem with dtIntrospection being caused by the UEM sensor pack. If you are not using UEM - can you just try to unplace it to see if that fixes your issue?
Best, Roman
