I am writing on behalf of a customer, Quinton Paulson of Central 1 Credit Union. He recently upgraded to 4.2 and likes the new zero config "bread crumb navigation" dashboards but had a few questions that I wasn't sure were relevant for support or not.
1) Quintin could only roll back the view 72 hours... is this intentional or is this a bug he might be experiencing? If its intentional, why only 72 hours vs a week (7 days) which would make sense considering the dynamic base-lining is based off of the past 7 days history.
2) How do you change the order of the business transactions once you click on an application? It looks like it defaults to showing the one with highest throughput (traffic) first and in descending order from there... but can you manually assign more important transactions first? (i.e. show login first, than search, than checkout etc...) or is this not configurable?
appreciate any help or guidance. We are still learning the in's and outs of the new GUI.
thank you so much!!

Great questions - encourage your customer to post more of them
1) Right now we only allow 72 hours as a timeframe for the AppOverview. This is not a bug - it is intentional. WE already received requests to extend that timeframe or also being able to chart Baseline data on regular charts.
2) We have an automatic sorting mechanism built into the AppOverview. "Relevant" Business Transactions will automatically be sorted on top. BTs that show a problem (failure rate, Response time violation) will be sorted up. If all transactions are green then those transactions with the highest throughput will be on top. We have received requests already to also allow manual sorting - so - that feature might come in future versions
