Hi,
I have configured email setup by providing valid SMTP Email Server connectivity
Also verified that the test mail is getting generated using "Send Verification email..." option
Now, I have a user in LDAP who is a part of "Incident Email Group" and after setting up one incident intentionally the user set in my application with valid email is not getting notified.
I have also tried restarting dT server, tried adding a user to Administrator group but still no email notification for any incidents.
Also checked my Junk mail box but there also no mails.
Later I have created a local user (Not from LDAP) and provided him valid mail address and added him in above groups but still no mails are getting generated for any incidents.
Would be obliged to have help on it at the earliest.

Have you looked at your dynaTrace Server log files? any indication of a problem in there?
If not - I suggest to open a support ticket. They can have a closer look at your environment and help you find the problem
