UEM in Mobile app wrong Execution time

Hi,

We are using the Mobile app UEM feature in DynaTrace v5 . We are seeing some error in the execution time for the mobile client in the transaction flow. The response time and execution time are reported same in the flow diagram. Where as it is clear that most of the time is spend in the servers side. Also the % numbers are not right. The numbers are highlighted in the below screenshot. Is there some settings which might be causing this? Please help.
Thanks,

Sreerag

I just got word from engineering that this seems to be a bug that will be fixed in the upcoming spring release

Hi Sreerag

I will forward this to the engineering team. Would be great if you could export some purepaths. One thing that comes to my mind. If you do have asynchronous activites going on on your Server-Side then it is possible that more time is shown on the .NET VM but this time would not be reflected in the % numbers. The % numbers (as far as I know) - are calculated based on the REsponse Time (that is synchronous execution) - but not on the overall Duration (which would include asynch activity)

So - could you double check if there is any async activity going on in your application? If you can please also export a session file

Hi Andi,

Sorry, I should have mentioned this in my my first post.

The Exec Time numbers are wrong only in the transaction flow. The Execution Time for Server and Client in the Page Action PurePath dashlet looks good. Attaching a screenshot of the Page Action PurePath. I Will try to get a session file of this.
