Business Transactions Not Appearing in Incident E-mails

I am having trouble with configured BT that I have added to a specified dashboard showing up in Incident e-mails that are mailed out once an upper threshold is exceeded. The problem I am having is that in my Dynatrace Client, I am able to see the correct information showing up for a BT but once I click on the 'Open in Browser' link that is sent out with an incident e-mail, it says 'No Measures configured to Chart'. I have set the dashboard seen in the first image below as connected dashboard to the incident report but whenever the incident e-mail is sent out, no information is seen in the browser(Image2). Is there a certain way to get BT's to show up in Incident e-mails?

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your prompt response! In regards to your questions:

A) The incident is not based on a measure from this BT, but the incident is based on the same method that the BT utilizes. For clarification, the incident utilizes the execution time of the CheckBin Method whereas the BT utilizes the Argument value of the same CheckBin Method. I have attached a screenshot of the BT setup for clarification.
B) When clicking on Open in Client, I am able to see the data I am looking for show up in the client. Unfortunately, this is not a workable solution for me as not everyone I am sending the incident e-mails to has the DT client installed.

Thanks!

Alright. If it is the case that it works correctly when opening it in the client then I suggest you open a support ticket. This sounds like a bug to me where the filter options through the Web Interface dont work correctly

Is your Incident based on the measure of this BT that you show in the dashboard? If it is based on something else you might not get to see anything when opening the dashboard because it is not guaranteed that you have PurePaths for that BT in the timeframe when that Incident triggered

So - to better understand your scenario - can you tell me
a) is your Incident based on a measure from this BT?
b) do you get to see data when you click on "Open in Client" instead of "Open in Browser"?
