Browse Classes Under Create Measure on Method Empty

Hi,

I am trying to create a new measure under Measure Type Server-Side Performance->Transaction-based->Methods->Time. When I click on the small icon magnifying glass and select the agent group and click refresh, the classes do not load and it returns empty. This happens for any agent group I try. Attached screenshot:

Open a support case then - the forum will not be able to help you fix a NullPointerException when loading classes. Don't forget to include a support archive for the case, so the team has the full picture.

Best, Roman

Any entries in the client or server log files? You can check them using the system information dashlet...

Hi Subhashini,
have you already loadad the classes first? Therefore click the yellow arrow right near the agent group drop down. This cause that all Classes and methods are loaded and listed bellow.

Hope that helps
Herwig
