Question by Jan-Hendrik W. · Apr 15, 2013 at 12:37 PM ·

UEM duration differs from server-time

Hello,

we are using UEM for the PHP EAP.

One of our transactions shows a duration of less than one second, the server time is greater than 13 seconds.
When I make a drilldown on the PurePath, I can see, that the second time is the right one.
Is this a bug or does duration means something different than I expect.

Thanks,

Jan

Hello Klaus,

sometimes things are very easy.

Now the time seems to be correct.

Thank you for your help (smile)

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the data.
xajax is a JavaScript framework for which we have not yet built a specific support for. Therefore the time for the XHR call is not added to the page action load time. I will ask or developer to look at the issue.

Another thing comes into my mind. Have you tried turning on Basic XHR support?

Hi Jan,

Are you executing in the onLoad handler some async web requests? If so which JavaScript framework are you using for that? Can you attach a dynaTrace UEM session and an Ajax Edition session from this page?

Klaus
