I see with DynaTrace 5.0, If we right click on the selected system profile and select the 'Session Storage' under this option, I see only the 'Store Session' and 'Export Session'. But, there's no option to delete or clear the session. If I want to clear some junk results from the session and want to start with a fresh capture in the session. Is there anything option in the tool, where I can clear the last session or clear the history of session ? and start with a new session storage/capture.

You cant. What you can do is export a new session of those purepaths that you want to keep

The Clear Session option is only available if you do not use Continuous Session Recording (can be turned on/off in the Server Settings). Then the clear session will clear the PurePath data that the dT server currently has "in memory" (=Live Session). Without Continuous Recording it is up to you what data you want to record by either start/stop recording or by storing data from the "Live" session
