how to integrate default dashboard parameters into third party applications
for example: throughput

You should also look at Business Transaction Exports, which is a new feature in the 5.5 release.

You can have your third party application pull in the content using the REST interface.

I don't know what you mean by 'default' dashboard data. There's no such concept in dynaTrace.

All data that is displayed on a dashboard is available via the REST interface.

Create a new dashboard, add a custom chart and then add the measures you want to access through the REST interface. For the throughput the PurePath Response Time measure with an aggregation of count might be appropriate. Save the dashboard on the server - now you can access it through the REST interface.
