I have not used dynaTrace in a few months and today I started up an agent so I could track some Database calls in a Web request. To my dismay when I drill down to the Database and Connection Pool screen it is empty. I am a bit confused because I haven’t changed anything with my Sensor Placements. I have verified that ADO.NET is set in the Sensor Placement section under my agent, as well I have made sure that the ADO.NET Capture is set to active. I’m kind of at a loss of what to do next. Please if anyone can give a suggestion I would be most great-full.

I am capturing PurePaths for all web requests. I can even see Database activity on the API Breakdown dashlet for ADO.NET, but when I load the Database dashlet it's empty.
Is it possible to share a couple of sample purepaths as a session with us? Have you checked if there are any errors in the client or server log file?

Are you capturing ANY purepaths? - > Check PurePath Dashlet!
Have you checked whether the Agent is actually correctly loaded and assigned to the System Profile? -> check Agent Overview Dashlet.
