we are tracking revenue and someone placed a 5 million order in Prod. we are wondering if we can delete that PP. Can we do this from UI or do we need to delete it from perf warehouse? if do you have a sql to delete it?

Purepaths aren't stored in the performance warehouse but on the dynaTrace server. When you build a business transaction with the default settings you'll create measures that get written to the performance warehouse. The revenue measure you're talking about is most likely a high resolution measure in the performance warehouse now. I'm unaware of a way to change this value without manipulating the db directly. I would contact support if it's crucial to have this value corrected.

Right now its not possible to delete individual PurePaths or update individual values of a measure at a given time.
In your case you might need to go to the database and update the data. I recommend working with Support on this so that you are not accidently deleting/updating data that you dont want
