I watched the "What's New in dyanTrace 5.5" webinar. I had question about the multiple conversion goals.
I see we can now define multiple conversion goals in dynaTrace 5.5.
So, I can say...... for example:
1. LogOn- Authenticate Method
2. Search - Find Journey Method
3. BookTrip - Call Payment Method
If I have three conversion goals and the user performs step 1, step 2, then abandons the process.
The Converted column in the Visit dashlet will say Yes or No? No, because they did not complete the third step or Yes because they completed anyone of the 3 conversion steps? Also, in the future if we have a multi-step conversion goal. It would be nice if Converted would say Converted Yes and which conversion goal was completed (step 1, or step 2, etc).

Hi Jerry
There is a new Column in the Visits dashlet called "Converted By". Its not displayed by default - once you make it visible it will show which measures actually converted the Visitor - here is a screenshot
For every conversion rule you also get a Conversion Rate measure that you can chart individually. Additionally – you can create your own Conversion Rate measure and base it on one or more goals. The last thing about this: you can create a Business Transaction that splits by the Conversion Rule Name – that’s why we also have a Conversion Rule Measure that returns the name of the rule
Hope this helps
Thanks Andreas,
I have a follow up question. I see we have new measures for conversions that we can use to create BT's to report on conversions and counts. In the Visit dasleht I see we have our Converted By column. In my example....1- Login, 2-Search, 3-IsBooking. The question I have is why is the Booking Finished; IsBooking ahead of the login and search, since they are the last two defined conversion actions I would have thought they would be listed last?
Is there any relevance to the order of the steps listed in the new Converted By column?
Jerry
Based on the feedback from engineering there is no real significance to the order.
