OOM Heap Dump not getting to dT server

Have an interesting scenario. Running dT v5.0 Prod lic. One of my agents trapped a JVM Heap OOM event and raised the incident and stated it was issuing req to perform a Memory Dump.

I do not see the Memory Dump on the dT Server.

When I pulled the agent log file(see below) it looks like it did infact complete the dump...so where is my Dump? I have looked at the server logs and see no errors or warnig that would lead me to a reason for the missing Dump.

Hi,

that really looks interesting... could you attach a support archive that also includes the server and collector log?

Thanks
Wolfgang
