Has anyone else come across this issue where the Application Overview Home is completely blank? It doesn't matter what System Profile I select. The image below is after having the app open for 2.5 hours. I open it and it's blank. If I disable connections to all but 1 dynaTrace app server, close and the nopen the client, the App Overview Home will display data again. Once I enable connections to the other servers, close the app and open it again, the home page will go blank.
Still using dynaTrace 5.0.

The monitored business transactions do have PurePaths mapped to them. The overview home loads fine but only when I start the client up with 3 or less connected dynaTrace servers. It doesn't matter what combination of dynaTrace servers I use either. If I load all four of our servers when I open the client, the overview home will start up blank. Also, the client won't let me change to an overview of a different server. When it loads blank, it is stuck with that server.

The Application Overview shows data from the selected Business Transactions. By default its the "Web Page Request" Business Transaction that is selected. you can change that selection by clicking on the little processing wheel in the top.
If the AppOverview is blank it is very likely that the selected Business Transactions do not map to any PurePaths. The easiest to verify that is by opening these Business Transactions in the respective BT Dashlets (double click on them in the Cockpit). If they dont map to any PurePaths the AppOverview wont be able to show any data either
Best Practice is to have your own BTs that help you monitor your critical transactions, e.g: login, search, purchase, ... and then put these BTs on the AppOverview
If you want to know more about BTs and the AppOverview I suggest you check out the recorded webinars we did on that topic. All webinars can be found here: Dynatrace Community Webinars
