Incident is not getting generated.

 

Hi,

We are trying to create incident on business traction's but incident is not generating where as we are getting values in BTM.
For Example

We created the BTM using two measure as a filter, 1 for the user name of that individual user entry  and other for the specific page

Now in the page measure I defined the threshold.

Then we created the incident rule in which I am taking that same measure which is used in BTM and also using the user name measure with "and" condition

Now I am getting the output in btm and Also I chart the time taken by Page which took more time than what we defined in the threshold still Incident is not getting triggered.

Please Help

The Aggregation of the Condition was set to "Last". In your case I would rather use the "Max" Aggregation as you are interested to getting an incident when any of these page requests exceed the 1s threshold that you have defined within the 10 second evaluation period. With "Last" you may run into the problem that the last value in the 10s evaluation period is below the threshold.

Please give this a try. If this doesnt work I still suggest to contact our service team

I tried to create incident on the result measure of  that BT Response time but it is not working

If you define an Incident on a BT you need to define it on one of the Result Measures of that BT, e.g: Response Time, Count or any of your custom result measures. You need to define the threshold on these result measures and not the measures you use for your filter.
