Is there a way to specify the name of the incident management group at the profile level, and then have all incident email notifications use that value? We have about 60 distinct profiles, and 20 or so support teams. We'd like to leverage dynaTrace alerting, but since everything defaults to the Incident Management Group, we would have to hand-edit each profile with a different value for the 'to' notification string.
Taking this a step further, along the lines of the new Email plug-in, we'd like to specify a bunch of name/value variables at the profile level and then reference them from across various plug-ins. This would be really useful when we do an upgraded SNMP plugin, so we can route events to the right team based on the value specified at the profile level.

Right now the only "batch" update you could do is by shutting down the server, updating the profile.xml file and restarting the server. I know - not nice - but thats a workaround.
We are currently planning enhancements for better "maintenabilty" of the system profile. That includes things like batch updates of agent settings, ... -> I've forward this idea to the PM team as well
