Hi,
In the Visits, we can view all activity by geographic region... dynaTrace display all details in the table but not in the Map.
So, example; In the World Map I can see only "large point" in context from my country: Brazil. I can´t see detailed map with our states or federations like a EUA Map.
(visits from EUA works fine - points per state/federation)
Does somebody knows how to change this vision? I found something in the Granulation option of Map... but the Map and point position never changed.
Thanks.

Andreas, Geographical granularity works fine!!! Thks.
David, I will try use the text file with IP mappings to improve city level. Thanks

Anybody has changed image map? So... like USA map with state divisions?

The World Map is able to display a more granular splitting than country level. Please follow the description in the online documentation for the world map: World Map -> check out the section about "Geographical granularity"

I'm not sure the map can be changed to state level in Brazil, but if you have the IP mappings right you can display that information with other graphics, like a bar chart for each state(region) and on the Visits dashlet.
If you feel the data dynatrace automatically fills from MaxMind is not enough (it should be as it is quite complete), you can upload a csv file with the Brasil states/cities definition.
I've just created one using data from http://db-ip.com/db/download/city , and a little parsing, it is attached.
All you have to do is upload it to dynatrace using the import button on the Geographic Locations options at the dynaTrace server, after validating the data you can then create a BT to split visits by region and use that BT on your graphs.
