Could you please let me know whether its possible to have different email subject for each Incidents. This is for us to set the appropriate Severity for each incident, so that our Operations team can take action based on the severity. Please let me know and Thanks for your help.

Hi. The severity should automatically be part of the Subject field. Also - with dynaTrace 5.5 you can now define a subject prefix - that should also help
