Hello Everyone,
One of my clients is professing that data displayed in a few of our charts is showing impossible numbers.
For example, their configuration on WebSphere is set to have a Maximum Web Container Thread Pool Size of 35.
Occasionally we see this value spike into the 100s, far past the allowed configuration. I also see that the thread pool size jumps from the PMI numbers.
He is blaming a bug in dynaTrace when parsing the data.
Is there a way to access a console or log of the raw outputs received from the agents before they are processed by anything?
Thanks,
Dave

Hi David
I just talked with engineering. There is no raw data output althought I thought so in our conversation we had last week. But - here are some thoughts or questions:
a) does the spike coincide with a dT Server or Collector restart? We used to have a known problem for this and just want to make sure that this is not the issue
b) You can use a tool like VisualVM to caputure the same JMX value. With that we can verify if the value is reported "wrong" from the JMX Container
