Why does the User Action Pure Path Response Time measure don't allow Measure Specific Attributes filtering? We need the ability to use the dynamic measure matrix to show the percentiles values of a measure, and without a way to restrict/limit to which URI or action within the measure, the result is calculated against all URI. It seems that dynamic matrix cannot be used for measures that do not allow for some measurement attribute filtering. Is there a way around this?

Also - if you want to bring this to the next level you can even split the User Action PurePath by some context data you have available anywhere along the User Action (which also includes Server-Side PurePaths). I am not familiar with your Application - but - assuming you have a User Action that represents "Search" you can create the BT just as I explained in my previous example so that you get the Response Time for that Particular Action. In addition you may want to split it up by the Search Value used - this could e.g: be extracted from an HTTP Header or method argument.
Hope this helps

Hi Brendan
As I said - THIS IS available through Business Transactions. I agree that we could make it even easier to create this BT - but - it is not that hard right now either. Here are the steps
1) Open the User Action PurePath Dashlet and find the User Action you are interested in
2) In the User Action Tree right click on the Action Node and select "New Business Transaction"
3) Select the User Actions->Page Actions->Count Measure and then click the Filter Button
4) Give the BT a good name and click OK -> DONE!
Now you are able to chart the Response Time/Duration for that particular User Action

to add more color, this is one of those classical - we have the data- but don't provide the way to visualize it in the way the customer wants probably because we simply never thought of this before.
However, i have had a few similar requests in the past so i think this could be really valuable... particularly for the business & ops folks with strict SLA's. in this case, it doesn't allow Tien to combine two measures to facilitate his need for whatever reason so if we could enable this in our next release i think it would be broadly valuable for all customers.

Hi. This is a Use Case that is handled by Business Transactions (BT). You can create a User Action Business Transaction that filters on the URLs that you are interested in. This BT will have a Response Time/Duration Measure as default result measure which you can then use for your charting
