Aaaah - well - in that case it is even easier. There is a measure called "User Experience Management -> Visits -> Action Count". It represents that number of Action Counts per Visit. In your case you can use this for your Incident and use the "Max" aggregation so that you get notified if there has been any visit that exceeded the specified threshold
Woah what a life saver ,how did i miss that ,Thanks and any chance i can add the IP address for those actions in the alert?
Thats unfortunatelty not possible. Measures get calculated on a 10 sec interval - but -we do not keep the links to the visits/page actions/purepaths that contribute to these measures. The easiest however is to drill from the Incident to the Visit Dashlet. It will open up the Visits with the timeframe filter for that incident. if you then switch the Visits dashlet to show all visits in a flat table (top right toolbar buttons) - you can then easily find those that have the high number of page actions

If I understand your requirement correctly then you can create a Visit-based BT that uses a filter on a specific IP address. As a result measure you can add the User Action/Page Action Count. You can then use this for an Incident
