Business Transaction Problem

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to extract Business transactions of applications that do not exist anymore in the dynaTrace application filter.

This is what happened:

on September 1 a new application was deployed to production but the application name that was used was not the correct one (the name used was wcs-stores-live, which is how the application was known to the 3rd party developers). On September 23 I renamed the application to its correct name (ecomwcs).

Problem:

I can't find any business transactions anymore for the application wcs-stores-live, since this application was deleted at the time of the rename.
But when I remove the application filter, I do see these old business transactions. This is tedious, as I always have to ask an overview for 'all applications' and then select the old application from the list. Moreover, in this case it are technical BTs used to group purepath responsetimes into buckets (0-1 sec, 1-2 sec, 2-5sec, >5sec), so there are really a lot of them (+-2mio/day).

Thx,

Wim.

So - what you are asking for is an option to see both active and removed applications in the filter options?

That would indeed be very nice (smile)
