I am unable to Logon to the Ajax Edition Dyna Trace 4.2. I am getting an error message in as "Authentication verification not possible due to external system error: HTTP transport error: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out" .
Please help me to resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks !

Yes i did , but still i am unable to log in and getting the same error message. Is there way by which i can call and have this issue resolved. Thanks!
The AJAX Edition is a free product witih no official product support by our support team. The "official" channel is therefore this forum or by posting your questions to ajax-contact@dynatrace.com
You need to make sure that the machine that you are using has access to the internet. If you need a proxy you may need to configure that proxy in the AJAX Edition Preference Dialog.
Please talk with your IT Team to make sure that there is no firewall that prevents AJAX Edition from doing its authentication call
