Dear network,
I have a problem with my applications monitoring overview.
I configured some applications based on URL matching example.com/users, example.com/groups, example.com/something and so on. For every application I configured a dashboard (which still work fine) with some nice graphs and tables on it. So far, so good.
For a quick overview, I used to have a look on the Applications Monitoring Overview and select the desired app to look deeper. But now, after I returned from my holidays, the Overview cannot be loaded. The only thing I can see is a spinning wheel besides the "Applications" tab and four empty tabs (which used to show real data). Neither me nor any of my colleagues made any changes.
Since there are more people in our company with an admin access to dynaTrace, I'm not sure if it's a software or human problem.
Do you have any clue?
Thanks,
Mike

Click on the processing wheel and select "Select monitored Business Transactions". The AppOverview doesnt show ALL data - but in fact shows data from the selected Business Transactions. It is possible that your colleagues either removed these Business Transactoins - or maybe have deactivated them so that they dont create data points any more.
Make sure that you have selected BTs that will return data for the applications you have defined - then you should see data again. The "default" BT that is selected after a clean installation is called "Web Page Requests". It is worth giving this one a shot. Best Practices however is to have your own BTs defined and put them on the AppOverview, e.g: BT for Homepage, BT for Search, BT for XXX, ....
