No purepaths being captured by agent, String cache error.

Hi

Anyone seen a log entry like below in dynatrace agent logs?

We are seeing this is some of our agents and during this time the agent didn't capture any purepaths.

Thanks Christian, however this seems to be bigger issue, We have a support ticket open and dynatrace support is working on it.

hi Sreerag,

so these log messages are mere informational and tell us indirectly, that the connection agent-collector or collector-server was interrupted for some time. however, you should see much more prominent log messages in the agent/collector log respectively.

so my assumption is that the connection between collector and server was lost for some time (if it was agent-collector, i guess you wouldn't have posted these log messages) and that's also the reason that during this timeframe some PurePaths were discarded.

my suggestion is to look into the collector log files and maybe server health/collector sizing dashboards (accessible from start center -> deployment health). this should give you some more information.

hope this helps, Christian
